Co-build programme
You know the work. We build the tool.
You live with a slow, manual task every week. We build software and AI. In the co-build programme, we team up. Together we build an AI tool, prove it in your business and, if it works, take it to your whole industry.
01 - The split
Who brings what.
You bring
The domain
- 01You know the work and the people who do it.
- 02Real examples, so we can measure quality on real cases.
- 03A few hours a week of feedback during the build.
- 04Introductions to peers who could become early customers.
We bring
The build
- 01Product design, engineering and AI testing, start to finish.
- 02We pick the model and test it on your own examples.
- 03Hosting, monitoring, security and ongoing maintenance.
- 04Launch, pricing and go-to-market support for your industry.
02 - Models
Three ways to work together.
We agree terms, ownership and data rights in writing before we build anything.
- Model 1
Co-build and co-own
We build the product together and share ownership and revenue. You shape it. We run it.
- Ownership
- Shared
- Best when
- The problem exists across your whole industry
- Model 2
Build for you
We design and build a tool around your work. We deliver it in milestones we agree up front.
- Ownership
- Yours
- Best when
- The tool is your competitive edge
- Model 3
Adoption sprint
A short project that adds AI to the tools your team already uses.
- Ownership
- Yours
- Best when
- You need AI inside current workflows, not a new product
03 - Process
From first call to launch.
- Stage 1 · Week 0
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on how the work happens today. If it’s not a fit, we tell you on the call.
- Stage 2 · ~2 weeks
Workflow study
We map the work, collect examples and run our five-question test. You get a written yes or no.
- Stage 3 · Milestones
Prototype and evaluate
We build a working prototype and test it on your real examples. You get a report you can read.
- Stage 4 · Pilot
Prove it in your business
Your team uses the tool for real work, with a person checking each result. We measure, fix and repeat.
- Stage 5 · Launch
Take it further
If we co-own the tool, we package it for other businesses in your industry.
04 - Commitments
What we won’t do.
Build something that fails the workflow test.
If a form, a template or a simple automation would do the job better, we’ll tell you. Then we’ll help you do that instead.
Use your data for anyone else.
We use partner data to build and run your tool, under a written agreement. Nothing more.
Ship without numbers.
Nothing reaches your team until we’ve tested it on your own examples.
05 - Questions
Before you apply.
Who is the co-build programme for?
People who run a business, or know one inside out. You have a task that comes back every week and is slow, manual or full of errors. And you think others in your industry have the same problem.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You bring what you know about the work, real examples and time for regular feedback. We handle design, engineering, AI testing and running the product.
Who owns the product?
It depends on the deal we agree. We can own a product together and share the revenue. Or we build it for you and you own all of it. We write down ownership, data rights and terms before we start.
What happens to my data?
We use your data only to build and run your tool, under a written agreement. Where we can, we work with masked or sample data. We never use partner data to train models for anyone else.
How long does it take?
Discovery takes about two weeks. After that, it depends on the work. We set milestones together. You see working software early, tested on your own examples.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we tell you during discovery. Sometimes a form, a template or a simple automation does the job better. That’s a good outcome too.
Apply to co-build
Tell us about the workflow that wastes your week.
A short call is the first step. We’ll ask how the work happens today. Then we’ll tell you straight whether an AI tool would help.
