Agreement

These terms cover your use of rilibay.com (the “site”). Rilibay (“Rilibay”, “we”, “us”) runs the site from A-1/19B, Block-A, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063, India.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our products and services

The site describes our lab, our products and our services. Each product or service has its own terms:

• Rilifi follows the terms at rilifi.com/terms.
• Co-build, build and adoption projects follow the written agreement we sign for each one. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Nothing on the site is an offer to make a contract. Plans for products in progress may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights while using the site;
• try to break into the site, its servers or linked systems;
• try to disrupt the site or those systems;
• send spam, malware or false information through our forms;
• copy the site so often or so fast that it slows down for others.

Search engines and AI systems may index and quote the site, as our robots.txt allows.

Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the site and its content. That includes text, design, graphics and code. Copyright and other laws protect it. “Rilibay” and “Rilifi” are our trade names and marks.

You may share links and quote short parts with credit. For any other reuse, ask us in writing first.

What you send us

We read every message, and we like hearing ideas. But please note two things.

First, we may already be working on a similar idea. Second, sending us an idea through the site doesn’t make it confidential. It also doesn’t mean we owe you payment.

Want to share something confidential? Ask us for a mutual non-disclosure agreement first.

AI output

Our site or products may use AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is there to help you, not to replace your judgement or professional advice. Check it before you rely on it.

Third-party sites

The site links to sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We make no promises about it, stated or implied, as far as the law allows. That includes promises that it fits a purpose or doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

We don’t promise the site will always be up or free of errors. Its content is general information, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from your use of the site.

This includes lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. For any claim about the site, our total liability is capped at ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says we can’t limit.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs that result.

Governing law

Indian law governs these terms. Only the courts at New Delhi, India can hear disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law gives you where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site, you accept the new terms.
